Spa Services

  • Calmwater Signature Massage

The Signature Massage offers the most common and widely used form of massage therapy. Your relaxing massage uses a variety of Swedish style techniques specifically designed to relax tense muscles, increase oxygen flow throughout your body, and release built up toxins in your muscles. This massage not only feels good, it promotes health and an overall sense of well being.

  • Therapeutic Deep Tissue Massage

This massage technique focuses on the deeper layers of the muscular tissue. It aims to release chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow, gliding strokes and deep finger pressure on contracted areas of the body. Deep Tissue massage is both corrective and therapeutic. It is perfect for the golfer, swimmer, tennis player, or anyone experiencing chronic pain.

  • Reflexology

This is a unique massage modality where the therapist uses thumb and fingers to stimulate the reflex arcs on your body. Reflexology is traditionally performed on the feet but may be applied to other areas of the body. Reflexology helps to relieve stress and tension, improve blood supply, unblock nerve impulses, and achieve homeostasis.

  • LA Stone Therapy

Basalt Stones are heated to a comfortable temperature, and placed on specific areas of the body to release tension as the therapist gently glides warm stones over your muscles. The process increases blood flow, helping you achieve a state of relaxation.

  • Myofascial

The myofascial release approach is a form of soft tissue therapy used to treat somatic dysfunction, the resulting pain and restriction of motion. This massage helps to relax contracted muscles, increases circulation, and stimulates the stretch reflex of muscles and overlying fascia.

  • Bellanina Facelift Massage

The Bellanina Facelift massage treatment is the most luxurious, safe, and effective method of treating the problem of sagging, aging skin without surgery. It’s designed to rejuvenate aging, sun-damaged skin and is gentle enough for those who have already undergone cosmetic surgery. It can be part of a great skin care maintenance program, giving the skin a healthy glow. Please schedule 2 weeks in advance.
