Welcome Ryan Pradon- New Director of Sales
We are excited to welcome Ryan Pradon back to The Peninsula family as our new Director of Sales. Ryan’s primary responsibility is overseeing the community’s sales efforts and will be working alongside the builders to promote home and land sales. Ryan has been a top producer in the area for ten years and has been repeatedly recognized for his sales accomplishments as one of the top producers on a national level. Homeowner Referral Program – Homeowners who refer a new “Buyer” to the Peninsula who purchases prior to May 31, 2016 will receive a $3,000.00 credit towards club dues once the buyer goes to settlement. In addition to any other incentives that a new buyer will receive when they purchase, they will also be given a $3,000 credit towards any membership dues or purchases at The Club. How awesome is that???
